Chesley Oaks Golf Course
Fairview, Alabama

Chesley Chesley Oaks Golf Course, site of the upcoming 2014 World Record attempt by Bob Kurtz,  is located in Northeast Alabama and closely resembles a traditional Scottish "LINKS" course in design.  It is a fun course for the high handicapper while also presenting a demanding challenge for the talented amateur and professional.

Again, this year Chesley Oaks GC will host many quality tournaments including the YELLOWHAMMER OPEN* in May, a Sunbelt Senior Professional Golf Tour event.

There will also be a Pro-Am with the YELLOWHAMMER OPEN.*

"I've played Turnbury, St. Andrews and North Berwick in Scotland". Bob Kurtz affirms,  "Chesley Oaks gives me the same challenges of bump and run golf combining luck and skill with those  mounded fairways, I love the course".  Of course in the record-setting attempt at playing 72 holes of golf in the fastest time ever, Bob is concerned about speed of play.

Chesley Oaks is a course open to the public, has a friendly staff, and welcomes all golfers.
